2025: A Year of Real Progress at Astra Service Partners

Dec 22, 2025

The work happening across the Astra network of companies in 2025 changed how teams operate and how leaders lead.

This was a year defined not by a single milestone, but by steady, deliberate progress.

While the numbers tell an important part of the story, they only matter because of the people behind them. In 2025, the Astra network continued to grow with intention, balancing expansion with investment in the teams doing the work every day in their local communities.

“Looking back on 2025, I’m struck by how much this network has grown and accomplished — not just financially, but in how our teams have developed into servant leaders who train, develop and build off one another.”

— Alberto Gomez, CEO, Astra Service Partners

A Network That Continued to Take Shape

This year, Astra added seven new partner companies, with eight companies operationally integrated across the network. By year’s end, Astra Service Partners included 33 operating companies serving 44 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and four locations in Canada.

That growth expanded our reach, but just as importantly, it strengthened the network itself. Integration in 2025 focused on alignment—shared standards, shared resources and a shared commitment to building durable, people-first businesses.

Growing the Team, Strengthening the Bench

Those numbers reflect more than headcount.

They represent new roles filled, leaders developed and teams built with the long term in mind. As the network grew, so did the responsibility to create clear paths for development, support and advancement.

Safety as a Daily Practice

Safety remained a constant priority throughout the year.

Across the Astra network in 2025:

  • 5,000+ eLearning Safety Courses completed by Astra team members
  • 50+ local safety leaders trained through on-site, hands-on learning events
  • 34 employees completed OSHA 10/30 training
  • 10 employees completed Competent Person training
  • 10 employees earned First Aid/CPR/AED certification

These efforts reinforce a simple expectation: everyone deserves to go home safe at the end of the day. Training, accountability and shared standards continue to be foundational to how Astra operates.

Astra University: Turning Commitment Into Capability

One of the most meaningful developments in recent years—and especially in 2025—has been the growth of Astra University. What began as an idea has become a system that supports learning, consistency and opportunity across the network.

In 2025 alone:

  • 29,870 trainings were completed across registered learning objects and events
  • The network achieved an 81% overall completion rate
  • 23 Learning Administrators were trained across operating companies to build role-specific learning paths

These results show engagement and follow-through, with learning designed to meet people where they are and support real operational needs. Astra University was built to unlock potential and elevate capability across every role — from technicians to team leaders.

Sharpening Sales and Operational Discipline

This year also marked a major investment in sales training and continuous improvement. Astra launched a six-month Sales Development Framework and a PM Development Planner for new hires, supported by 31 on-demand sales training modules.

In addition, the network hosted a redesigned Sales Summit in Chicago, delivered a three-day in-person PM Sales Training in Boulder, and completed three Continuous Improvement Projects focused specifically on PM sales. Across the country, teams also continued to run their own sales-focused CIPs, reinforcing a culture of learning and accountability.

Building Toward What’s Next

Astra SafetyThe progress made in 2025 sets the stage for an even stronger year ahead. In 2026, Astra University will expand its impact through new talent pipelines with technical schools, stronger connections to factory training for technicians and the launch of the Ascend Leadership Program in partnership with a university business school.

The year ahead will also include 12+ hands-on bootcamps and summits designed for roles across the business, along with a new Astra University Leadership Academy eLearning Series to support leaders at every level.

The first few years showed what’s possible. The next phase is about accelerating it.

We’re proud of the work done across the Astra network in 2025 and grateful to the teams who made it happen. The bar has been raised—and we’re ready to keep moving it higher.
