Ongoing Training & Education
Our Astra University platform will provide critical training via online modules, online courses and in-person training. Safety is among our most important focus areas. We seek to offer team members every opportunity to learn, grow, and keep the latest safety measures top of mind each day.
Weekly Toolbox Talk
Through weekly Toolbox Talks, safety leads at each Astra company keep their team members up to date on the latest safety requirement, recommendations, and information, as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Safety Leadership
We encourage each Astra partner company to designate a safety leader on their team, to lead and track safety initiatives, to support learning and development for team members at their company, and to work to improve the culture of safety at their company.
