Driving Excellence Through A3 Problem-Solving
Woven into everything we do at Astra, our Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence drives a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence across every network company. Through A3 methodology, quarterly competitions, boot camps and hands-on coaching, we empower team members to identify waste, improve processes and deliver meaningful results.
A Shared Resource for Our Network
Every company in the Astra network has full access to the resources within Astra University. We empower our network companies to use our Learning Management System (LMS) to drive their own internal training, while also providing the tools to create and share their own specialized content with the broader network.
Our commitment to growth extends beyond the screen. Team members from across all network companies are invited to attend our in-person events, summits, and boot camps. Astra University is a collaborative ecosystem — many of our network companies actively contribute by teaching courses, sharing expertise, and creating the high-quality training material that fuels our collective success.
