How Does Astra University Work?
Astra Learning Management System (LMS)
Astra and partner company team members can access a comprehensive library of on-demand training modules through our user-friendly Cornerstone LMS platform. A wide range of topics relevant to each role are available, from technical skills development to soft skills training like communication and leadership.
Online Live Training
Interactive live training sessions are designed for both mechanical technicians and business/administrative teams. These real-time sessions allow participants to learn from industry experts, ask questions, and gain practical insights directly from the instructors.
In-Person Summits
In-person summits provide an opportunity to deepen knowledge and network with colleagues from across the country at our multi-day training events. These immersive experiences focus on specific industry topics and provide valuable opportunities for in-person collaboration and learning.
