When we identify a company that represents a perfect fit to join and enhance the Astra Service Partners network of companies, we move quickly to make it happen. And we work hard to make it a win-win proposition for all parties.
1. Engage with Our Investing Team
Whether you reach out to us or we contact your team first, everything starts with a discussion. We’ll learn your situation and understand your best-case scenario for your future and your company’s.
2. Meet Our Operators
You’ll want to know what to expect if you join our network. So we’ll connect you with leaders of our existing operating companies. They’ll share their experiences. They’ll answer your questions. You’ll know whether the fit is right for you.
3. Begin the Investing Process
We’ll work together with you to set the framework of our investment in your company. We can work quickly — or on the schedule that works best for you. From signing a letter of intent until settling on the transaction, the timeline is typically around 10 weeks.
4. Onboarding Into the Astra Network
About 90 days after closing, we’ll be ready to begin officially onboarding your company and your team into the Astra network. You’ll gain access to all the resources we provide, and we’ll work with you to create strategies to grow your business.
