The advisory board, comprising five esteemed advisors — including four new members — will provide strategic guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and other growth initiatives. The new advisors bring diverse expertise in industrial services, business development, operational excellence, and sales growth, further strengthening Astra’s leadership team.

DAN STEEVER
Dan Steever is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management. He has served as CEO of two national marketing services companies, working with major retailers and CPG manufacturers, and led the transformation of a 140-year-old newspaper into a modern media powerhouse. With executive experience in public and private equity-backed companies, he excels in business analysis, growth strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Dan is also an active advisor to for-profit companies and nonprofits in the mental health space. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
HARRY CAMPBELL
Harry Campbell is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience, including roles as President of two Fortune 500 companies, CEO of an internet startup, co-owner of an award-winning small business, and founding member of the industry-changing Wal-Mart/P&G Customer Team. He has led organizations ranging from five to 3,500 employees across consumer packaged goods, telecom, sports marketing, and digital media. Known for identifying and developing top talent, Harry has a track record of driving exceptional business results. He holds a B.A. in East Asian History and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
RANDALL HOBBS
Randall Hobbs is the Executive Vice President and President of Woodward’s Industrial Segment, overseeing engine systems, turbine systems, fluid controls, and industrial services. He is an accomplished executive with global leadership experience and expertise in supply chain and lean management. Before Woodward, Randy spent over 30 years at General Electric Company (“GE”), leading the transformation and enhancement of manufacturing operations and business units across several end markets, including aviation and locomotives. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
CRAIG LITTLE
Craig Little is a seasoned executive with a track record of driving sales growth, margin expansion, and profitability across multiple industries. As President and CEO of CLL Consulting, he helps businesses navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable success. He has held leadership roles at Hill Phoenix, Anthony International (Dover companies), Comfort Systems USA Southwest, Mitsubishi Electric, and Lennox, leading strategic initiatives that strengthened market positioning. Craig holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a BBA from LeTourneau University, and an AS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
JOHN SUMMERS
John Summers is a senior executive with global experience in general management, operations, market development, and strategy. He has held leadership roles at Entergy, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Bureau Veritas, Sodexo, and Harvard Services, driving business transformations and overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios. In 2024, he became President of Kele, Inc., a global engineering and distribution firm with over $300M in revenue. John holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and has completed executive programs at Northwestern University, University of Michigan, and NYU.
